"The finishline staff is outstanding! They were very helpful with the shoes I was looking for based on athleticism and comfort. Jake took his time and helped me try on 6 pairs patiently until we found the perfect pair! If I could give a 10 star review I would! I really hope the Finishline company understands what an asset he is for their company; as I also employ people for my business. It was also amazing to see the other young men working alongside him work like a team together. This is my 6th pair in about 4-5 months! Jake, thank you!"

"Last sat on the 19th we were there right before they closed and the kid that was working there was extremely rude. They didn’t have my wife’s size so we just wanted to hurry up and pay for the shirts we we’re getting. The girl that rang us out was really nice as we payed and wanted to get out because we didn’t know the mall closed at 6. However the kid came out after we purchased the shirts with an attitude and said “I found a pair” all my wife said was, “oh” then He proceeded to say, “wtf.” Then turned around, stomped to the back like a toddler, and slammed the door to the back open. I don’t know what the kids name was but he had dirty blond hair. They need to hire better employees with customer service experience."
"Bought and received shoes for Christmas. Used the After pay program. The receipt I had with my shoes said that if I needed to exchange for a different size it would be quicker to go to the store. We went and were treated very rudely. The guy didn't even ask what we were needing. Just assumed that we were trying to scam and return the shoes....all he said was did you use Afterpay? We cant help you....I said wow we were told to come to the store for quicker exchange....he says ohhhh I dont think I have any other sizes in thos....NEVEReven looked at the shoe or box....Thumbs down to Sandusky Ohio FINISH LINE!!!"
