"They have a nice selection of clothes. Employees aren’t very friendly. We came Saturday and waited at the counter by the boy who was I suppose too busy to cash us out and too busy to let us know to move forward. Didn’t say a word just stared at us the whole time. We eventually moved forward and got the hint to go to the next register. Other then that the stores alright."
"This Once upon a child site has gone so down hill. The restrooms/floors are disgusting. The “manager” a larger woman is always very rude. The worst part is the inflation and how the pay outs for products have decreased so extremely that your better off selling on market place or rather just giving away your expensive items! Its truly sad. This place was built to help single parents and those in need when they need it.And when uou put so much effort into cleaning packing and driving your products to the site and get offered $10 for content slightly used worth $250 thats just sad.Good ole bate and switch you pulled on us all.Real cool. They make so much money now!! Im sure they are most likely partnered up with “Goodwill’s” corporate madness as well."
"Usually have good experience selling clothes but I took 1 box and a tote in today and they barely took anything!!!!! My clothes were clean and in good condition but had “to much love”. That is weird considering going through your racks and shoes they are dirty and stained recently."
"Have been a customer here for years. My wife used to work there part time as well. All I can say is this location has went down hill especially with customer service 101. They are rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. Staff talk about customers while at the counter negatively. I run and manage treatment centers, this is not how I would want my staff treating customers or reflecting my business. If I can give any advice it would be always be nice to your customers and have staff that want to represent the business well by having good customer service skills. In essence, instead of supporting this business with about $100.00 today, I returned all purchased items right after walking into the parking lot based on their horrible customer service."
"I am a frequent customer and seller at the fields ertel location but I was very disappointed with my last visit. I went in to sell my children's outgrown fall/winter clothes and shoes from last season. After I walked in there were at least 3 employees who didn’t even say hello and completely ignored me. One of them just yawned into my face. After a few minutes one of them turned around and apologized saying she didn’t see me. She checked me in and I left the store. 10min later I received a text message that they completed going through the items I was selling and unfortunately they couldn’t buy anything from me. I returned to the store to pick up my items and l was first in line, there were 4 employees at the checkout who made eye contact with me but completely ignored again. FINALLY, one very bored girl served me, but she couldn’t find my dropped off items Saying it was not in the system.while I was waiting on my items I overheard another employee talking to a customer “the wait time is at least an hour or so, this is the busiest and most popular location in the entire tri-county area”. Well that made me question how was it possible going through my items ( even though it was one bag) in 10min? They did not buy anything from me because it was “too loved”. Well all items were freshly laundered, most of them purchased new from Gap and Carters, shoes and boot are an unknown brand here but made in Europe from 100% genuine leather. I was very disappointed because when I was walking in the aisle I saw many items that were either dirty, stained or torn that I would hardly use as a dust rug. Very disappointed and won’t return."
