"I will start off with a 3 star. As I do believe I will go back to this particular location, receive better customer service, then leave a better rating. I don’t remember hearing being greeted at first or even helped within the first 10 minutes (afterwards, a team member did greet/assist and all that good stuff). However, the ladies were working hard on clearance items. But greeting a customer is key to retail. Nice size store, clean, and good music. Brought some Tecovas boots and needed some fits. So I came to Boot Barn… Bought a pair Cody James Jeans, flannel (on clearance), and a pair of ATG pants (I think that’s what their called). But overall still a great store."

"So I was prepared to buy new pair of boots or shoes at this point I didn't know what they had to offer.... So I walk in and nobody is up front to greet anyone. As I made my way back to the footwear I stopped to do a little window shopping still don't see anyone other than a couple customers heard voices but still hadn't seen anyone ad I approach the boots I did finally see a woman. But was not clear whether or not if she worked that...so I started lookin around. Not sure what I was looking for but knew I had to get something cause my rockies had, had enough these boots used to be made better only had these for a yr last pair I had for 10+yes never had this problem... anywho so even though I was not prepared for the prices I did find a pair I really liked $180.00 I think they was but in the 10 to 15 minutes I was there and had been seen no one ever greeted me asked if I needed help nothing. When I heard another customer come in after me and they received assistance right away that was it.... You all not only lost a decent sale but more importantly the loss of repeat business and how ever many people this turns away the four of you made eye contact with me but never said a word to me!!!! I don't know if it was the way I looked or how I was dressed but I was ready to spend a few hundred I also needed shoes. I would've to say thank you but I don't know what it would be for.."
