"Had a really fun time trying on suit shirts and ties with Thomas who was filling in there from I think the Deerfield location. He is not only professional, knowledgeable and obviously knows his stuff but he made the boring task of trying to find dress clothes absolutely fun! He helped me try things on while juggling other customers needs and always letting me know that he wasn’t forgetting about me. I felt terrible because I am such a skinny runt that there was a limited amount of exact fits for me but Thomas kept on working with what he had and matched out shirts and ties and came up with some great combinations even helping me do some “photo ops” so I could text over the pics to the wife for approval. In the end I decided to check what Jos A. Bank has online in my size to get more selection hopefully and I apologized to James for wasting his time and not making a purchase and he didn’t get upset but just expressed that at least now I know the sizes I need to look for. He is a great asset to their company! Definitely want to go back when I need more clothes for church!"

"Horrible customer service. I'm a long time customer. Today I stopped into the Deerfield Township location looking for 4 new suits and planning on spending about $2k today. Walked into the store around 1pm. At least 3 employees working and no other customers in the store at the time. No one greeted me. I spent about 10 - 15 minutes in the store waiting for assistance. No one asked me if I needed help while I was in the store. Ended up walking out, and no one tried to stop me to see what I needed. I've been a wealth advisor for over 20 years and make a very nice living. I will not go back to Joseph A Bank. No excuses why they decided to ignore me today! Very disappointed!"

"Incredibly disheveled, messy, disorganized store inside. Boxes wrappers hangers opened and everywhere. Piled three and four feet high back in the dressing room areas. During 15 minute visit to store clerks were making no effort to clean up the messy store with no other customers."

"Went in yesterday for a last minute pair of slacks for my son to wear to Homecoming. Called first and Dana helped me over the phone and had some ideas ready when we arrived. She was with a customer So Claude picked up the ball and he was great. Very helpful and a lot of fun banter. They were able to hem them overnight for next day pick up. I have been shopping here for years and it is always a great experience. Many of the folks I dealt with over the years have retired, but their new team seems just as awesome Pat G"
