"Do not even waste your time if you are trying to find clothes here. The “manager” that works nights. That has blonde hair is EXTREMELY rude. She wouldn’t let me try on any items. I legit had one piece of clothing and she was rude and said that they were closing early due to short staff. Meanwhile the green light was on above the dressing room. Most definitely does not need to be working retail let alone being a manager. she wouldn’t even let me try on a single item 45 minutes before close. Pathetic."
"Customer service is forgotten here. I did a return that I purchased on a debit card and they offered me cash or store gift card. So of course I said cash. They wanted to give me $10.99 Supervisor made me run back to my car in the rain in order to get $11 back. I've spent over $600 in this store in the last 5 months between me, my kids and my foster kids. Burlington will NEVER see me or mine again. And I'm telling all the foster families I know to take their business to TJMaxx. I miss the good old days when customers were valued"
