"I usually shop online, but I needed to return an item, and I went to the GAP store to return it. Big mistake! I started looking around because one of the salespeople told me about the sale and I went shopping again and purchased more items. I owed it to myself because my Birthday was coming up, and I needed to get something to wear for the holidays. I was able to get some great deals. I love GAP!"

"A nice store With helpful staff. They were willing to hold items for my kids while we went down to another store. My daughter left her phone and the dressing Room by accident and they were super vigilant about getting it to her. I would definitely shop there again"

"Clothing continues to decline in quality. I bought two coats to try on at home- one had a hole in the pocket and the other’s buttons were falling off and the seams coming undone. Upon returning them, I had to wait in line for over 20 minutes because there just weren’t enough associates working the floor. Then I tried on a pair of pants which fit really nicely, but noticed in three different places the seams were coming apart. I used to like gap for inexpensive but decent casual basics- no longer a fan."

"I shop here every now and then for my nieces and nephews when I can't find anything else at another store. The clothes are what you'd come to expect from Gap. The prices are decent although they don't have a lot of good sales going on throughout the year it seems, so you have to shop at the right time. However the quality is Gap so you know it's decent, and this location itself is wonderfully ran. The employees are friendly and the store is relatively clean usually, but it could use a little more attention and focus on customer service. This is the only reasons I can't give it a as I've spent quite a while walking around before I got asked if I needed help. However, once asked, they are absolutely willing to help with whatever you need."
