"I have been here numerous times. I always order brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso with cold foam on top. 80% of the time they forget the cold foam but they sure as hell charge you for it. Tonight I went there and ordered 2 of my usual order. I was the only customer there. I watched the barista make it. Being polite I told the cashier that I thought she forgot to put the cold foam on top and she’s like yes she did it sometimes looks like that. Ummm no it actually doesn’t. Please get it together!!! You charge for the extras plus get tips now"

"I’ve 100% honestly seen my non dairy drinks made with dairy on multiple occasions Or if I put whole milk, getting two percent. At least 40% of the time that I go inside I see this happen or my drink be made wrong in some kind of way (I’m a former barista). The main issue with this store is constantly being out of things. I can’t remember a store being like this when I worked and floated a lot. I’d never say to go there for anything recently released, popular seasonal or if you only drink one specific type of dairy/alternative because there’s a decent chance it won’t be there. The ordering manager needs to really start to even over order a bit until they figure out where they need to be without running out of things. I honestly thought of just saying it once but I’ve seen how the manager talks to customers and I choose sanity. The drive through employees are always pretty good. Definitely hear gossip about fellow team members when inside sometimes which is a bit tacky."

"I honestly would not even give this Starbucks one star. The manager is very rude and is argumentative with customers. We waited around 30 min for 2 drinks and 2 pieces of bread. While making the food the worker touched his nose, hair, did not have any gloves on. Then proceeded to work the drive thru touching customers money and other customers food. When we brought this to the manager’s attention he didn’t care. The manager got very upset and got an attitude with us. He put a piece of parchment paper down and threw the bread up on the counter to give a demonstration on how he handles the bread? But of course he’s going to demonstrate it the right way after we had just watched the other worker touch everything then our food. After waiting for 30 min we asked for a refund and the manager asked us for the bread back? Lol were they going to resell it? The counter also looks so disgusting and looks like it has not been wiped off in years. There is tons of garbage behind the counter. This Starbucks is awful. I have never had a worst experience at Starbucks in my life."
