"The bacon on my sandwich was so good …. That’s half the cost of the food how do you forget that ? Don’t you just warn them up ? I never go to Starbucks but now I’m definitely never going to one ever again"

"Usually I have no issues with this location, until this morning. I sat in the drive through for around 5-7 minutes without anyone even saying anything. Got to the window and didn’t get a “Hello” or anything… was handed my drinks and the window was closed. Unacceptable when you are a company driven on customer service."

"I have been going to this Starbucks for over a year and I have never had any issues.. If something is wrong they make it right.. Overall every last one of the employees are lovely people"

"This place is so toxic to the employees. I watched a woman get very frustrated at the coffee station because a guy came up to her and said something and she was like I’m only behind two minutes. Of course it was super busy and they probably down a person but rather than giving any encouragement, this person who could be like the shift manager (I don’t know). He just ignored her when she had to ask a question about a delivery order the he was packing but left halfway finished. She seems so visibly upset that I cringe now coming here. I hope she gets either transferred to a better store or quits in general because they don’t deserve her here."

"I come here extremely frequently and today I waited in the drive through for 20 minutes which is totally fine. My drink wasn’t ready when I got to the window and the barista had to go search for it. I told her it didn’t look normal, she assured me it was correct. Not only did my caramel macchiato have zero caramel in it, the espresso was so bitter from sitting and not being prepared properly that I’m going to have to toss it. If I wasn’t leaving for out of town I would have went back in and made them remake it. Terrible."
