"Our server Brock was fantastic. He was prompt and polite and fun. Our food was okay at best. The avocado on my burger was dark brown and unappealing. We had to request new fries because the ones that came with the burger were burnt. Brock brought out fresh fries promptly for us."
"Came in for lunch with my son. We ordered an appetizer and each a burger. I was surprised that our food came out quickly but we never got our appetizer. It wasn’t busy, it was clean and our waitress was friendly. We got our bill and I asked the waitress to take off the appetizer we never received. She did, and then we watched the staff enjoying it as we walked out. So it was made, she just didn’t ever bring it. Our burgers were good."
"Bad experience here. Fries were cold when served. My burger was supposed to have barbecue sauce on it. It did not have any. Burger was not hot. Not what you would callclean. Understaffed. I would not go here again."

"It had been over a year since I visited a Red Robin. I won't wait as long to return. My friend and I visited during late afternoon for a late lunch. My friend ordered a burger with mushrooms and swiss cheese. I ordered a barbecue chicken sandwich. We also ordered a pretzel appetizer and a strawberry lemonade cake dessert. All of our food was delicious and the service was exceptional."
