"DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! First things First it’s dirty it’s like they never clean the place!! Then When I first arrived it took 10 minutes to even be greeted. And the place wasn’t even busy at all!!! They bring drinks out, and it takes another 20 minutes for an appetizer. They have me and my family waiting for almost 45 minutes and comes to tell us there system is down and that I need to pay them upfront before I can not get my food, as if that was my problem. They didn’t apologize for all the time they wasted, offer a discount or even just remake the food in a timely manner. They just wanted to be paid up front. I have never had to do that ever!!! And to be honest I think they were stereotyping me, as I was the only black family there, that was asked to do this!!! What a waste of time!!! And they thought I was suppose to tip for the drinks that I did have to pay for. I wouldn’t eat at this place if it was the last thing around!!!! The service is trash!!! If I could rate 0 I would!!!!"

"The waitress who served us at the Hilliard Rome Road location was lucky I even gave a tip. She was rude and put off combative vibes! She had zero people skills and acted bothered by everything! Another lady (I thought she might have been the manager) stopped by our table and asked us if we'd like anything. I promtly asked for another Sam Adam's. Our waitress literally questioned my patience on the matter. I simply said, "She asked, so I ordered a beer." This woman commenced to stating, "She better mind her business," then tried to play it off like she was joking! The icing on the cake was when she intentionally ignored us for 30 minutes, 30 MINUTES, when we needed our check! It was like a retaliation to me daring to order another beer through someone else! We heard her say, WITH A SNAP, to another table that was asking about the wait, and I quote, "Well, do you still wanna eat?!". I would rather walk in traffic than attend this establishment ever again."

"Just to preface, I never leave reviews. With that in mind this place is truly terrible in almost every way. Service was horrific, its like they don’t realize their pay is directly tied to how well they treat us. It took like 30-45 minutes to get our food and it was lukewarm at best. The plate was hotter than our food. Not once did a waiter/waitress stop by our table to give us refills or ask us how our food was. It took bothering the bartender to finally get our drinks refilled. Everybody looked miserable and the place wasn’t even half full. Id give this place 0 stars if I could."

"Horrible experience. Waitress had one other table and made us wait for over 15 minutes till she even acknowledged us. She took our order and then disappeared for another 15 to 20 minutes. Had to have the bartender get us refills on drinks. When the bartender told her she started cussing and was upset. I’m sorry but that’s your own fault. I would not recommend at all. Stay away. Not sure of waitress name cause she never told us and was not wearing a name tag."

"My wife and I decided to go to this location after the onslaught of commercials of all you can eat wings, ribs and shrimp finally got the best of us and I have never had a more pathetic experience in all of my life. I’m a football fan and wanted to watch the game. The applebees closest to us (Polaris) closed at 8pm (on a Sat?)... Okay, fine we drove almost 30 minutes to go to the Hillard location. We got there around 8ish; when we walked in there was one person ahead of us and the hostess still told us that there will be a 45 minute wait… Since we drove a half hour already, we decided to wait.. There were only about 5 tables with patrons + the bar seated in the whole entire restaurant. I understand the wait was based on them not having enough staff to accommodate many people, but it seemed that there were at least 4 waitresses/waiters on hand. My wife and I patiently waited in the empty restaurant for almost an hour and we were finally seated. Success… not. We then waited another 30 minutes or so until the bartender decided to come out from the bar and acknowledge us. My wife asked for the “Tivoli Mountain Squeeze”, which was on the beer menu and she received a “I have no idea what you are talking about” from the bartender. When my wife showed her the menu, she said “must not have gotten it yet”. So she ordered a Sam Adams and I ordered an IPA… The bartender came back about 10 minutes later and said she was out of the IPA. So I also ordered a Sam Adams… We put in our food order and our beer came out. It looked like the beer was stored in a time capsule (I attached a photo), seriously?! Pour it in a glass or something if the bottles look like that! Our food came out, I ordered the “all you can eat” meal deal, which was okay, average restaurant food. My wife however ordered the mac and cheese with honey chicken, it was swimming in water and inedible. She did not eat it, but she is not the type of person to make an issue. So the bartender/waitress comes to the table and asks her if she's done, she says yes, and does not even inquire why she didn't touch it! At this point we’ve had it. There were fruit flies flying all around our antiqued Sam Adams and food, we witnessed one of the other 5 patrons having an absolute freak out at the staff, shouting that everyone should leave and that this is the worst restaurant ever (I agree) and to top it all off when we were leaving they brought out more wings that I did not order and the bartender and cook got into a argument right in front of us. This was not worth the $70 and my wife had nothing to eat. We left before my game was even over and rushed home to watch the end of it. I never leave reviews on sites, but I couldn’t let this abysmal experience slide. My mother in law had to drive almost 2 hours to watch our daughter so we could go out for an evening out and we left early, that is saying something! I’m disgusted by this experience, the only positive thing was that we were mulling over the idea of getting the $200 date night pass and now we know not to. Dodged a bullet there!"
