"First time visiting this mall/Rue location on 7/6/19. Had a nice clearance sale going on & found some good things I wasn't necessarily looking for, but, deals too great to pass up. Cashiers were pleasant."

"Quick to assist me, not so quick to check me out. Stood at the counter for a solid 3 minutes before someone asked if I was ready to check out. They weren't busy, they were just huddled together chatting it up. The person who did check me out didn't greet me or anything. Just rang my stuff up and told me a total. I don't generally have a solid experience walking in there and this time was no different. I go there because the jeans are cheap."

"I had been fairly pleased with the moderately priced clothing here; as long as it was on sale. One day I decided to purchase a sweat shirt with sequined letters on the front. It was too cute and comfy as well. However, after having worn it for all of about 4 hours, I took it off and noticed large lint balls all over it!!! It was as if it had begun to deteriorate before my eyes! Sad face. I definitely don't expect the best quality due to the price points. I do, however expect to warned if the clothing I buy will selfdestruct during the course of the day!"

"I experienced a big amount of racism, I go to this rue 21 all the time because in the beginning when i first started coming people were very nice and generous always helping you and making sure you are getting the things you need ,so i have been going for a year or two and out of nowhere the manager started bringing a security guard in and the security guard would point and follow us and everyday we would come the same thing would happen they would even bring in two or three security guards in at a time. one day we spoke to the manager and asked for her name and number and we explained to her and she claims she didn't know this was happening and acted like she liked us. we had our parents call the mall and the mall itself said that 5 minutes every time we would walk in the store she would call for security. I am Muslim and experienced some racism with my whole family."
