"Horrible service! No professionalism. No prescription supply, no assistance with locating prescriptions. Most of the customers that utilize this particular store are elderly and cannot afford to travel elsewhere to get their prescriptions. After waiting in line for a prescription for a lengthier time than anticipated, then to be told the medicine can't be filled at this location.... not once but three different times in a month. Ridiculous! No wonder this pharmacy chain is closing. It should."
"It's my neighborhood Walgreens so I stopped in for quick in and out. But the young lady wasn't pleasant at all. As a matter of fact she was on her phone texting. And seemed to be bothered when I needed help checking out. Never had that type of service before at this store in all the years I've shopped there. I'll shop in Kettering where I work."
"Went to get a Covid test Tuesday- no word on Thursday so I called the lab directly and they said this store didn’t send my sample over until this morning. Save yourself some time and go to CVS- they mean it when they provide you with turnaround times. Walgreens is a joke."
