"Came here at 8:45 AM, saw Pam, who works there and asked if the store is open. She said in another 30 min. I vhecked the Starbucks site and google and both said the location is opened. I came back to Pam and asked why she is closed. She said she needs a 30 min break vecause she is alone there since 6 AM. Did not see alot of people there. Really? She just started her work. I drow specifically to buy a coffee only to listen she is closed, because not in the mood of working. Then sge just left on me and came back in 10 min and started to serve customers who came during ger absence. Completely rude and incompetent behavior."
