"This is one time I wish there was a 0 star option. We waited nearly 10 minutes at the register while store staff talked with each other or texted. So, I can not rate the food, but if it's prepared with the same enthusiasm we were greeted with, I would not dare eat the food. I've dined at many Paneras across the country and always had a positive experience, so please understand this review is exclusive to this location. Stay away."

"A relaxing Veterans day morning taking my daughter to enjoy some quiet time at Panera. Her cinnamon roll and hot chocolate were wonderful; not the best she's ever had but very good. Her hot chocolate was warming and tasty. I had a simple toasted buttered bagel and coffee. What made it so wondeful was the relaxed environment. I need it after so many busy days at work. I had just gotten done with my 3rd shift when I went home to pick up my daughter and take her to Panera. I'm glad I made that decision, some good memories came about from it. Thank you, Panera. I know the staff can feel the rush from the customers. Hopefully, someone from the store reads this that was working on Veterans day and know that I appreciate you being there. I appreciate your hard work. And this veteran thanks you for being there so I could have that morning to relax with my daughter."

"This location is literally less than 5 minutes from our home compared to the other locations. We will typically go through the drive through 6 times per year and literally will have to go inside to get the correct order 4 out of 6 times. Enough time passes between trips thst I venture back . Not sure why they have such difficulty getting simple orders correct. Will stop going to this location going forth. Poor training and management."

"I love Panera and normally don’t write reviews, but I’ve been disappointed too many times at this location to not write one. Today I decided to order the smokehouse bbq chicken sandwich and Fuji chicken salad. The salad could’ve had more toppings but it was alright I guess for a half salad. The sandwich on the other hand was the most disappointing as it barely had any toppings the sandwich should have. I’ll only be coming here for drinks from now on."

"Honestly, I wish it was possible to give this location a zero star review. As someone who works in the "service industry," I'd be embarrassed if this was the best I could do. The manager of this location should be fired. I remember when Panera Bread was a fun place to eat with tasty food. What I was served a few nights ago was a slap in the face. I will never visit this location again. Ever. It would be nice if I could get my money back, as this "sandwich" cost me $12, but no one would answer the phone, even after multiple attempts trying to call them. This is the Roasted Turkey and Avocado BLT sandwich. Please compare the picture from their website to what I was given. As another reviewer stated, this is pathetic. Heed my advice. If you're tired, don't feel like cooking, and want a delicious sandwich, go to Be Fit! I'll never make this mistake again."
