"Poor customer services. Those girls need training, they don't know the ingredients of the drinks and they would ignore you when they are busy."

"I stood at the counter while the two people working just continued chatting and it went on so long that I had to ask if they were open! Absolutely terrible service!! We need a new Starbucks in Delaware!"

"i usually don’t come to this location because of consistently having bad experiences. this past time i came in because it’s the closest location to me, and first of all, i couldn’t order online because they only accepted starbucks cards. 2nd, the employee was not friendly (hardly said “hello what can i get you?”). 3rd, i wanted to scan my app for points/to pay but the employee just said “no” when i asked if i could. finally, the employee who was working the register (touching cash, buttons, etc) walked over and prepared my drink— without washing her hands or putting on gloves— and put on my lid with her hand pressed on the mouth opening. i find that extremely unclean and gross. i almost didn’t want to drink my cold brew after seeing that. i have had consistently bad experiences here similar to this, and from now on i am not going to return here to get a drink! i’d rather drive the extra distance to get a much better experience!!! would like friendly staff and a cleaner environment and standards for the employees."

"I really wish I like Starbucks more than I do. It smells wonderful whenever you walk into any Starbucks but the coffee, to me, always tastes too bitter. Almost like it's over roasted or burnt. And I wouldn't mind paying the prices if I didn't have to add such a large amount of creamer to make it more palatable for me. Then I'm drinking a cup of coffee that is tepid."

"Slow service, unfriendly people working there today. There, was only one person ahead of me when i got in line and I waited 15 minutes for a Carmel Frappuccino. Which, was totally undrinkable it was made totally wrong today. By the time I ordered there was 5 people behind me. I hope everyone got to work on time. Totally Ridiculous! For almost $6.00 I got a Frappuccino with horrible service, and a discussing coffee drink today."
