"This was pose to be a 4 piece chicken nuggets . Instead this McDonald’s decided to give my baby Tartar sauce .! This McDonald’s needs to be shut down.! I been having too many problems with them."

"Every single time I try to order a shake or anything related to that I get the same answer " machine is down " and I don't think that's the truth.. I think the truth is that they are a bunch of lazy workers who want to be paid more but NEVER want to put in the effort to do so! I'm a very reasonable person but the shamrock shake is my jam! It's limited time only! And I haven't been able to order 1 since it's came out!! Because " the machine is down" gimme a break that's dumb."

"Service takes awhile even when they are dead. Tables inside are cleaned what seems like once a day. Just like the windows. Worst part about the food is that now well around 2months the soda or anything coming out of that machine taste like it's MOLDY . I wonder when the last time they completely took apart the soda machine and caps and all that. Seriously gross"

"This McDonald's continues to be the worst one in Fort Wayne by far. Took 3 cars in the left drive through before the car in front of me on the right. The right lane comes up on the left lanes screens. I get up there and wait my turn, they take two cars on the left this time and ask for my order. Since my screen isn't working I ask if they are on breakfast or lunch because the app is letting me order lunch. No response, I wait 30 seconds and ask again, no response, I wait again and ask again...I hear them ask to start taking the order on the other lane... I tell them I'm here there repeatedly and then end up just leaving. Luckily there is a Dunkin next to it that has much better service."

"So went to what use to be the place to go now I rather drive across town to avoid this McDonald's. The first cashier didn't even say a word had to ask for a receipt and then rolled her eyes... but thinking well maybe the food part will be better nope they didn't listen to the no ice request I made wouldn't fix it and when we checked our order was missing a big Mac when we had two orders of the number 1 like how so you mess that up. I hear these kids complaining wanting to to make 15 plus and hour but can't do a simple task right. Lost my business and I'm at cantaberry the drive will be worth my time."
