"You really need to watch this place. I paid for a large lemonade and got a small one with no ice. When I told the worker at the window I paid for a large and I would like some ice, I was told that was a large and they slammed the window shut. And why do they always ask if you want your receipt? Since you always have to go in and get your order corrected you need your receipt!!"

"Ordered food through the app for curbside pickup. When I arrived to pickup my food it said a 5 minute wait. As I waited for my food, I noticed that the inside was closed and no one could walk in. My wait ended up being 15 minutes. They bring out the food and drinks. I had my daughter check the food and part of my meal was missing. Could not get anyone to come to the door to correct the issue. Did not want ro go thought the drive-thru..that would have been another 30 minutes. I called and they said I could come back and get my missing food or come another day. Waiting for missing food was a no go, because the rest of my food would have been even colder then what they delivered to me. It will be a very LONG time before this location gets my business or money. I will go to the ST Joe location before this one."

"Lobby closed before 8pm.. ordered my food for counter pickup and the doors were locked again and then I had to wait in the drive thru since my food was paid for. Drive thru took 40 mins and they handed my food to me cold and with an attitude. Worst mcdonalds location. Last time, (a month ago), same thing happened and I had a code and they couldn't find it so they made me pay for it again and said that if they don't have the code then it won't charge me and it did. A week later, all transactions cleared. I got charged twice! It sucks because I live 2 mins away."

"I waited over 40 minutes for my food curbside. I went in at 20 minutes waiting and had to stop someone walking back and forth to check on my order. Thankfully the lady who helped get my order was polite, the man who appeared to be manager on duty did not care about 10+ people waiting in the lobby for their food and was focused on drive through because they were over on their times, however in the 40 minutes I was there, I watched the line for drive through go from long to short 3 different times and one 2 lobby orders go out. I understand drive through times are important but so are the other customers in the lobby and at curbside."

"We waited for over 45 minutes for our pick. Up order at the counter still no food manager is rude. There are 6 other people here waiting. You can't even get in and out of the parking lot on top of that they have a truck delivering right now. At this hour at 7 o'clock on a Friday night. This place is garbage."
