"I am only giving them one star so that i may give a review. The first time i had an appointment i did not get the info to get into the portal until moments before and I could not figure out the Doxy set up so i had been calling and messaging them to get help so that i did not miss the appointment. No one answered the phone and the electronic response kept telling me to check the prompt in the app. I am not tech savvy and made sure to let them know that in advance so i could get help to make sure i can get to the appointment. I finally got into the site 30 minutes late and she wouldn't even get on the site to help me reschedule or anything. She barely responded and was not very understanding. Now here we are a year later and i had a VERY important counseling appointment with my husband and had already paid for my appointment with a different counselor. I get a notification that the appointment had been changed from the original time and it just happened to be the same date as the one i had set up so we accepted the appointment thinking something had changed. When we get into the appointment the man on the screen had NO idea who we were. So we spent a good almost 30 minutes trying to figure out what happened. Turns out the counselor invited me to SOMEONE ELSE'S APPOINTMENT! So not only did i miss my appointment but he pretends like he doesn't know how this happened when it was him that clicked on MY name. The fact that you were not paying attention, obviously, and that you don't take responsibility for the mistake was very upsetting. Luckily the counselor i was seeing was very understanding and was okay with rescheduling without charging us. I have not had a good track record with these people. I was not going to say anything about the first time and that they were not to worried with the fact that i am coming to you because i need help and you completely blew me off when i asked for some assistance. I was so upset about the situation that i am now putting it out there for others so they will not make the same mistake. They may work great for some people but i would NOT recommend them to anyone."

"I never write reviews but after referring friends to Emerald Psychiatry and Dr. Yoho and hearing that they saw bad reviews I decided to read them. Then I realized I needed to write one. I felt welcome, heard and understood by everyone. The office staff greeted me every visit(36) and made it a point to learn my name. Dr. Yoho is extremely knowledgeable and determined the best treatment for me. I was referred to him by my regular psychiatrist.The office staff AND my doctor worked to get my treatment approved. The technicians that took me through the TMS treatments were kind, caring and completely focused on helping to support my treatment. My comfort and care was a priority daily. The technicians need I became more than caretaker and patient. It was like having a friend with me. The treatment I was given has greatly improved my quality of life. I am so sorry for the clients that had bad experiences. In my experience, I would totally recommend Dr. Yoho and the Dublin office to care for anyone I know. Thank you Emerald Psychiatry.❤️"

"By far one of my worst mental health experiences to date. I came in for help with my attention disorder and a simple prescription. I was stable and healthy when I arrived and they stated they could help me with my ADHD. They started by altering my other prescriptions, which I protested however came around(which I had painstakingly become stable on before I came to them). By the end of the 7 to 8 months I was 30+ lbs under weight, I was having constant panic attacks for days and even weeks (for which they refused to help me with in any fashion beyond having me schedule a psychiatric appointment 6 months away.) I had to end up quitting my new job that I was happy with. It devastated me. If I had not had such un understanding partner I would've had to go to a mental facility or homeless shelter. My weights finally returning to normal, as well as my mental health. This was by far the most harrowing experience I've had with a medical health professional. I won't name my doctor or anyone I dealt with, just please be careful. I wouldn't wish this on anyone!"

"I always have had a great experience with Tessa Ryan and the other staff at Emerald! I recommend them to anyone struggling to find someone to help them with their mental health medications and coping skills. Tessa even offered to help me find a counselor for counseling therapy! She’s great and doesn’t push me into anything like other places I have experienced before."

"Horrible experience with this company, they do not care about people, just the bottom dollar. I canceled my 2nd appointment well within the window to not be charges a late fee. Then I received a bill with a late fee and additional charges. It took 2 hours on the phone to finally speak with someone that had some kind of knowledge and get the late fee removed. Then I paid the balance due. Since then, I've received 3 bills stating the same amount due. Finally, I called back and they said they never received my payment. They wanted me to send them my bank statement, to verify. That wasn't gonna happen. Finally, asked for a supervisor and they found the payment I made and it was never applied to my account but put into the receivable file. So basically, they were trying to charge me multiple times for the same thing. I would never ever ever recommend this company to anyone."
