"For my very first appointment with Dr, LaPerna, I have never experienced such a GREAT first impression and consultation from a medical professional in my entire life, and I am the son of a pedodondist. This was not your typical, run-of-the-mill doctor's visit, where the doc seems to just want to get to the next patient with as little interaction as possible. She was pleasant, engaging, conversational, and really seemed to care. I would HIGHLY recommend her and her practice, as her staff were also very friendly and personable, as well!"

"I have suffered with swelling in my left leg and ankle for 10+ years. It has gotten increasingly worse in the last year. I have undergone numerous tests and scans done locally by cardiologists and vascular surgeons. Most recently I was referred to Dr. Joddi Neff-Massullo at Riverside Radiology, by my cardiologist at Avita, still hopeful that some answers could be obtained as to why I have swelling in only 1 leg. Upon arrival at the office for my first visit, a copy of my Insurance card was taken along with the other paperwork required as a new patient. My insurance company was contacted by the receptionist per my request, to be certain that this procedure would definitely be covered. If it was not going to be covered, I was going to opt not to have it done. Trying to get some answers for my condition has cost us. I was concerned once I realized what the procedure actually was, that insurance may not cover as it could be considered cosmetic. After having had 3 sessions for stripping my veins for medical purposes and with a referral for medical reasons, I received a statement for $632.00 with a denial of insurance coverage. I called immediately to inquire as to why insurance had denied any coverage. My guess is that the procedure was not coded correctly. I have gone back and forth with medical records, and once again received a statement for the full amount which now mentions collections. If you are being referred to this office for medical purposes, I would strongly recommend calling your insurance company yourself to check on coverage. I am very disappointed and upset that I will be writing a check for over $600 today. Not in my budget whatsoever!"

"I was there at my scheduled time and they knew i had to be at work after. Dr. Davis made me wait 30 mins and then i had 5 mins to go over my MRI and EMG. I would not recommend this practice at all."
