"I like the doctor but the office staff has always been difficult for me. One refused to give me my bloodwork bc of health insurance reasons. I wish she would of just called the insurance company in a polite manner (like I did) and find out the blood work procedure was accepted. The nurse was so rude to me, she just automatically assumed I wasn’t covered and went above the doctors call and said she refused to take my blood. Instead she gave me a script to go get it done another time when insurance would cover it. But she just didn’t take the time to see it was already covered. Other times, her secretary had been rude about refilling prescription. Sucks bc the doc is nice but the other staff is not. makes it hard to go there."

"She’s always very caring to my daughters and I. We are comfortable with her and her staff are really nice and professional."
