After doing my research on ophthalmologists who did eye surgery, I made an appointment with Dr. Shau at Cole Eye Institute in Beachwood. I can’t express how happy I am to see clearly again. He is so pleasant, patient and does an excellent job of explaining options, procedures, and outcomes. I felt very confident that I had made the right choice after meeting him. But, not only was Dr. Shau professional and extremely competent, so was his team and all the staff I encountered. I always felt that I was their most important priority. Everything was fully explained, no surprises. I never had to wait beyond my appointment time either. This was so nice especially since it was over an hour drive to get there.
