He makes sure at the end of every lesson to have my son tell him what he learned and can work on. It is great because I can see my son’s skills improving. He absolutely loves going, I don’t have to drag him there. The facility there is second to none. Highly recommended!"

"My sons have been doing the athlete performance training classes for the last five months and it has been great. It is an action packed hour and fifteen minutes that they always say goes fast. Compared to the training they do with the variety of travel/school teams they are on, they find the energy and focus brought by the trainers and others kids they are training alongside makes it the most impactful and fun training they do. They are always thrilled to go, even knowing they might be sore tomorrow.
