She truly cares about her patients and takes time to learn their favorite things and actually remembers everything about my kids. "I am struggling to even write this as we are leaving the office from an "appointment." We have been with Forest hills Pediatrics since my oldest daughter was born 12 years ago. Four kids and 100 visits later, I had called to schedule a school physical for my youngest daughter. We arrived right on time 2:30. When I called I was asked if I had a time preference, I said no but I have a day preference. The receptionist informed me they only had one appointment that coming Friday at 230 Andi said if it was easier the following Friday would be absolutely fine. I am a single mom and not only is it extremely hard to get off work I NEED the money for those hours I'm missing. She said it wasn't a problem. I scheduled the appointment. Flash forward I show up on time and was asked to fill out new paperwork. Ok, no problem. I'm sitting there filling it out and a nurse walks out to call us to presumably call us back. Mind you no one else's waiting. She informs me that I am "20 minutes late" I looked up at the clock,it was 2:35. I said no, we had a 230 appointment. She then says the appointment was made for 215! Now l had it written down and everything. I would never take a 215 appointment unless it was an emergency sick visit for the simple fact I have a standing 145 meeting that I can not miss at work. She says she will ask DR MILLER who was our favorite and most requested doctor if she will fit us in. Dr, declines. Now a physical takes all of ten minutes of the Dr.s time. If that. The nurse does all the leg work. Check eyes, ears, throat, heart/breathing. Done. I won't be able to get off work for the same reason again. I am one in a 100,000 who needs a job. It is incredibly hard to get time off period. I am two months behind on rent and Christmas is coming. I lost 4 hours of pay for nothing because the Dr, who was sitting down doing charting could not spare 10 minutes for someone she's had a 12 year relationship with. But I guess when you're making 6 figures and probably wouldn't know who we were if she didn't have someone telling her, people who rely on her don't matter. I will be ending our relationship with Forest hills. I am so upset to be treated like a number and not a human being. How long do we wait on the doctor after our appointment time sitting in a room?"

"I really appreciate them because the healthcare marketplace lied to me about my daughter's coverage when she was born and Forest Hills was the only place I called that would let me bring her in last minute for her first appointment and without insurance. I've been going there with my 9 month daughter ever since. Jessica Faulkner is so kind and is very thoughtful when examining her. We had Dr. Miller one day and she's just as great as Jessica. I do have to say avoid Dr. Slaven if you can. She was always rough with my daughter, she has made rude comments to me, and has made me cry a few times. Other than that the ladies at check in are so kind and helpful and the nurses are always sweet and great with my daughter. I highly recommend Forest Hills"

"We LOVE Dr. Fix. She has been my son's doctor since he was born 6 years ago. She is so personable. She also answered all of my silly first time parent questions in the beginning without being condescending. I do feel like she really cares about our family and what is best for our son. I even moved about 25 minutes away and still continue with their office. I also have never had any billing issues with them. And working for an insurance company that is a great point for me."
