"First time having to go to a dentist for my child, and was worried About finding a place he liked because he made it clear to me. He does not like the school dentist. Lol. They were super friendly start to finish, and it was quick and easy and I Was really pleased after this appointment. Appointments like this make it A lot easier to get my children to cooperate with things like dental checks and stuff that they just don’t care about kids. Super glad I heard about this office"

"First of all I was scheduled very quickly I wish I could think of the person's name but it escapes me right now. This definitely would have been five stars but when we arrived early on a Monday morning I had to prompt the receptionist to speak. Instead she greeted me with" name" and not even in a warm tone. My next reply was "Good morning "of which she did not return. I then went on to ask her how she was doing this Monday morning and provided her with the name of the patient. However, when the next patient came in I noticed that she greeted them with a good morning. I understand that people have good days and not so good days but that's just simple courtesy 101 to greet someone especially once they have greeted you. Cassidy was nothing less than amazing! She was kind and patient and courteous and answered every question that we had. Dr .Esche was great as well. Very thorough in explaining what needed to happen."

"We are absolutely thrilled that we found this dentist. They are awesome with My Son and he really enjoys coming to get his teeth cleaned every time. The office is super clean! The staff is super friendly and caring! if I could give 10 stars I would."

"Great dentist for children. Very clean and comfortable waiting area, never so busy that you wait excessively. My youngest daughter had a cleaning and some cavities fixed. The dentist, hygienist and assistant were very friendly, made sure both myself and my 5 year old understood what they were doing as they went and made sure she was comfortable the whole time. No complaints here."

"Springfield Pediatric Dentistry is awesome! It was my 4 year old daughter's first visit to the dentist today, and she did fantastic! I love that they give the kids a coin to use in a machine for a toy surprise afterwards. She is already talking about going back. But....that won't be for 6 more months, as she had no cavities and apparently beautiful teeth according to the dentist! Yay!!"
