"Dr Rae made my temporary teeth for my implants, the teeth broke in two exposing sharp metal, he refused to see me or repair the teeth and initially refused to give me the spare he had so I could find help elsewhere. The secretary told me the teeth didn’t exist and showed zero compassion for my situation, she also made zero attempts to schedule a time when Dr Rae could see me. I had the temps longer than I should have but he was aware it would take me some time to save the 24,000 needed for the teeth. He abandoned me when I needed emergent help, and refused to even discuss the case with me. He cannot make any adjustments in the office so you will be expected to go without teeth for any maintenance. The denture he made for me is ill fitting and when asked to make adjustments I was told I would have to go without teeth for 2 weeks. I would advise you to find someone else. I was told by another office that they have had similar complaints from this office and have had to help his patients. Avoid this office!!!!"

"I had my 4 dental implant surgery in 2021. Dr. Rae's work is stellar. I am usually very difficult to have an IV applied and he did it in one try. His staff was/is excellent. I would recommend him to anyone who needs dental implants."
