"Staff was yelling and cussing during our time there. The staff was playing music not fit for a restaurant. I’m glad a family with kids didn’t walk in. Normally I wouldn’t care but one of the ladies working was sitting right behind me yelling and cussing about what she wanted to eat. Never had problems here before so it’s a shame."

"Kim cooked my food to perfection!!! And also served it to my table and she smiled the whole time!! My food was great, best food I had at any waffle house in a long time!!! And the service ,even though short staffed the girl was awesome and did everything with a great attitude!! Definitely going back soon and often!"

"Normally we have a fine experience. Today our service was not good after we received our food. The waitress never came back to the table to check on us or refill coffee. There were only two other tables with customers while we were there, so they weren't swamped. Also there were a ton of flies that we had to swat away throughout the meal."

"I like it less and less, I have noticed that they do not have the same number of staff as before and perhaps this is due to the poor quality of service. people are nice but they get swamped with so many tasks, and I know it because I see it. 1 single person prepares so many things. The first detail I had a year and a half ago was that they gave me coffee in a dirty cup since it had lipstick on it and that day I didn't have lipstick on, I just went to try my coffee and I realized it. shortly after this they began to take a long time to serve the food, the time before my last visit the bread of my sandwich was almost burnt, this last time my coffee was cold once they served us the food, they never returned to serve us or asking if we needed anything, one of my children had to go to the counter to ask for more food than we wanted. Too bad this place is going down in quality."
