"Update: I did contact the owner per his note but got no reply. Review: Arrived before 7pm and ordered at 7. It was not a very busy time. Took 20 minutes to get the food and by then we were starving. Turns out that warm biscuits were included... why did she not give those to us while we waited for the food?? The fried catfish was good and it was warm enough. My mashed potatoes were barely warm and the meatloaf was just ok: dry. Photo attached. The prices are reasonable but is this the best we could expect?"

"The waitress highly recommended the pot roast. It was just fatty pieces of meat and so tough I couldn't even cut it. So then I ordered chicken breast with cheese and bacon on it. The chicken was raw, so I showed the waitress and she totally agreed. So she got the manager. He came over took one look at it and said..... well that doesn't look very appetizing does it. I said no sir it doesn't. At this point it was almost closing time for them, so he said I'll take it off your bill and I'm sorry that happened to you. They were nice but it didn't help me leaving there sick to my stomach and still hungry. Thank you!"

"I don't have to say a word about this place. AWESOME I could easily spend a few thousand here on everything they have, I adore each little item. The Christmas Trees are over priced but the way they are decorated I would take it all LOL"

"The food was delicious. The server needs to learn how not to rush her customers though. She brings the ticket when you are not even half way through your meal and then continues to bother you about to go boxes or drinks."

"I know the stars don't align for this rating. Not the first time that I've witnessed blatant racial profiling, but I was truly appalled when the hostess and first server showed disdain for a member of my family (a person of color). It was not busy, and we (a party of 3) asked for a large table as we were celebrating recent birthdays (cards, presents, etc). After unprofessional (my opinion) grumbling by the hostess, we were seated at a large table. No service provided until the hostess (after 15+ minutes) was flagged down. First server took orders and never returned, and it was obvious she did not want to serve our table. No drinks, no tableware, no napkins. Another server came out with drinks & apologized. She said she saw what had happened & specifically asked for our table. She was amazing! A manager came out & apologized as well after being informed of the situation. The food was good & plentiful (some dishes were not available however). A bad experience was turned around by a decent person."
