"I understand mistakes happen and human error is inevitable but when only 2 out of my last 5 visits to this taco bell actually get my order correct I'm done eating at the place. Why would I waste money on food that is almost not worth what is being charged for it only for my order to come out incorrect. I'm tired of having to double and triple check my food before I can leave the drive through. Checking to make sure all the food i ordered is there should be the only thing i have to do, not disassemble each item to make sure its was made how i ordered it. EVERY TIME I order tacos I always get it with only meat, cheese, and to add sour cream. The taco bell I used to stop at on the way home from work back in Illinois NEVER got my order wrong. Here it's a statistical certainty and I'm done with it. If you order your food with ANY variation to how it comes from their menu save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else. The people who work here are either very pleasant and friendly or completely disinterested in being there and doing their job. It's a toss up who you get. Tonight the girl who took my order was an absolute sweetheart but friendly cashiers still don't make up for the order being flat out WRONG."

"I wish I could give a ZERO star. We were driving through the area and placed an order on the app for “grab and go”. When we arrived, we found the lobby closed, VERY LONG drive through, and 4 employees on a smoke break. We asked the smoking employees if we could pick up the food and the reply was that they are “short staffed” and we have to get in line for the drive through. We proceeded to get in line for the drive through and the line didn’t move for over 15 minutes, except for the people who left the line in front of us. We ended up leaving without our food even though we had already paid. SO DISAPPOINTED AND HANGRY!!"
