"My one pup went here at their new location on Broadview Rd. It's right next door to Tiki Teryaki. The owner, Amanda, and staff were so nice and gentle with my girl. She was there for a clean-up, and I was able to just wait while she was groomed. I think that she was even more relaxed since she could see and hear me. It didn't take long at all, and I know she felt better afterward. I had taken my other pup to the original location when I first adopted him. It was run by a different owner then. We stopped going there because of poor customer service. Which is so important in this competitive market. Well, that's not an issue here! I will be bringing both pups here from now on and getting their "problem " areas attended to frequently. It's so convenient. Glad your in my neighborhood now, and your space is very nice and colorful, too. It's so clean and has a large open grooming area. Great experience here compared to other places."

"Pam did an AMAZING job with my 2 long haired cats. I have been searching for a good cat groomer for years and I’m so happy I finally found her. One of my cats normally gets aggressive when groomed and I was afraid she would be sent back without a haircut like its happened to me in other salons. She definitely knows how to handle cats and both my girls were very comfortable during their cuts. I love that I got to stand there with them while they were getting serviced. She also works after hours for customer’s convenience."
