"On June 16, 2021 Dr. Williams done a endoscopy procedure on me. Dr. Williams was Great. I was still very sedated after the procedure so Dr. Williams explained everything to my wife. But still my wife asked the doctor if she would talk with me on the phone. Dr. Williams said yes. I emailed Kelly Koop 3 times since my endoscopy and requested for Dr. Williams to call me and to please send me my endoscopy and biopsies reports. Since June 16, I have not received one reply back from Kelly Koop. Today June 30, I called the office and talked with an Melissa and she told me that she would email my reports to me. I still have not received anything. I worked in the medical field for over 17 years and I have never treated a patient like this. I feel Dr. Williams medical staff are very inconsiderate and unprofessional. Today I called OSU Medical Center about my referral and to make a appointment. OSU stated they received my reports but they received no demographics sheet with my contact information. So there was no way to call me. I received excellent care from St. Elizabeth hospital staff. But very poor care from Dr. Williams staff."
