"Check-in was fast. The doctors were very hospitable. And knowledgeable of their work. No one could decifer what was going on with my insurances which is prolonging me getting my infusion. The phlebotomist just barely said two words to me. Her uniform was gross. It was faded, dingy, and had food crusty food stains all down the front. And the seat I had to sit in to get the blood drawn was sticky. I was just very underwhelmed by the experience."
