"Glad I ignored the poor reviews for this place. My therapist is the best I've ever had and communication is easy. I made my first appointment request during the worst mental breakdown of my life and I'm doing so much better 6 months later that I am able to hold a fulltime job again. For my first appointment, I brought along my partner who sat in the waiting room while I was in session. Contrary to another review, they could not hear anything I said except for a word or two when I was particularly loud. The building is quite dated and labyrinthian, it took me a while to find the office but it's quite private. Parking is good as well."

"I was referred to this facility by the folks at Akron General. I have called this facility three times and sent two forms to this facility. No one has gotten back with me."

"Called requesting an appointment for my 8 year old daughter who has been suffering emotionally thru the pandemic. No one answers the phone. So I left a message. It has been two weeks and no one has retuned my call. After a week I sent an email thru the website. Still no response. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed. I have a hard time believing not one therapist in the group couldn’t at least return my email. I realize that many people are in need during this time but seriously?????? DO NOT call if you are in major distress because you will be hung out to dry. Thankfully I have found a wonderful counselor elsewhere who somehow found the time to return my call despite their increased need for services. Your agency should be ashamed."

"First off, this building is awful. It is an old unmarked building with a tiny sign next to it. The inside is horribly outdated and dirty. The “waiting room” is the size of a shoe box and all the rooms surround it, so you can literally hear everyone’s conversation with their counselor if you arrive a bit early. My counselor and I never meshed unfortunately so after a couple months of seeing her, I stopped going. Not once did she reach out to follow up or check on me. I attempted to see someone else but after one communication she didn’t reply to me. This establishment is unprofessional- avoid it."

"I went to Dr. Geoffary Putt for adult ADHD testing. He was awesome! Very personal, intelligent, and highly educated. He really took the time to make me understand everything we worked on. I would recommend him to anyone at any age."
