"Doctor Cay was great and the 2 stars are for her and only her. She gave me a detailed follow-up after she got my scans. She was very thorough. However, I did not like the people that worked at the front desk. They were very belittling and rude. I had to get an ultrasound, and I've gotten several before, the guy who did mine was very aggressive in terms of having a heavy hand. They are also still using cold gel in 2023. I paid my bill months ago and am still getting letters in the mail for it. I called them about it, and was told it must be crossover, but I am still getting bills months later. The place could use a facelift. Some of the technology seems outdated and its very drab in the waiting room. I would not recommend."

"Dr. DiGennaro is a wonderful doctor. I’ve never had any complaints about her. She’s knowledgeable and treats the whole person, not just a symptom. Any Physician Assistants I’ve seen have also been helpful, attentive, and have pleasant bedside manner. The office staff are always helpful and personable. There have been minor mistakes or errors, but everyone makes mistakes, we’re all human. But, most importantly, they take ownership of mistakes and work with you to resolve any issues. I’ll gladly stay here forever."

I only learned this was their policy after my refill was denied, jeopardizing both my cardiac health and my mental health during a pandemic.
