Falls Foot and Ankle Clinic

"Pros: Good doctor, friendly and knowledgeable. She takes the time to answer your questions and to get you home with all the info you need. Cons: Unprofessional, inconsiderate and unapologetic receptionist. My appointment was on 02/02/24 at 11:00 AM and I arrived at 10:50 AM. The receptionist instructed me to fill out some info documents and to wait in the waiting room. I waited for 50 minutes until I was finally seen by the doctor at 11:40 AM and while I waited, they let in someone at 11:00 who came in after me. When I asked the receptionist what’s the hold up, she said I needed to be there at 10:40 AM sharp, but that is asinine as it doesn’t take a full 20 minutes to fill out paperwork. The receptionist seemed to be untrained on customer service and patient care and didn’t seem to care if you need to go back to work or have other engagements after the appointment. I am sick and tired of incompetent inept people who don’t take their jobs seriously and don’t care about others and unfortunately that is why I am leaving 3 stars. I would not consider coming back unless I took a week off from work so that they can finally process my paperwork… what a joke!"
