Her personality is bubbly and so welcoming. There's a beautiful lobby set up with comfy chairs. I was called back for my appointment within 3 minutes of walking in the door and my masseuse was phenomenal! She made me feel extremely comfortable and even though I couldn't stop talking because I was nervous and anxious she made me feel at ease.
