"Very helpful in many areas concerning mental health. Having an outside ear to bend is at times easier than talking to someone in your circle. Have learned to deal with my Anxiety, PTSD, and associative disorder. Some things that those close to me just really couldn’t understand. Have been to some of the group sessions and those have been very helpful on many levels. I have recommended this place to others. I don’t know if any of them have taken that first step or not."

Update: I've been trying to get a hold of my counselor for a week now and no one has returned my calls. This place also let me slip through the cracks and let me run out of meds. This place is a joke."

When asked about having a case manager and other things required they acted shocked that one hasnt been assigned to me yet. When new to a service i don't know what'srequired. That's their job to inform me. I felt like i had no clue what was going on at all times. Very unorganized!"
