"They are so unorganized, and short staffed that the employees can’t complete simple tasks it seems. Also, if you have any sort of problem the receptionists gossip about it and turn into a clique of high school bullies - acting standoffish, not talking to or acknowledging you like they can’t be bothered with helping you. Plenty of other places to go!"

"Slow service, not enforcing their own mask requirement, man came in with an arm wound, staffed looked at him in waiting room he didn't have a mask on he was bleeding. I waited for 40 minutes for a draw, understaffed with medical personal, girl who checked me in needed my Medicare card when she already had my Advantage plan card, she didn't have a clue."
