"I've had wonderful care here, I really wish I could leave a better review but the front offices are an absolute disaster. Somehow, every SINGLE time I have an appointment, either someone doesn't click a button on a computer costing me 15 extra minutes of time, or the "system is down" and things like x-ray orders can't be delivered and confirmed. It's a miracle anything ever gets accomplished in that environment. I can't stand coming to Firelands anymore."

"Very unhappy with the service in the ER. The staff (excluding the Dr. and P.A) were very rude. Not only were they rude, I was made to leave after my parent was admitted due to heart problems because visiting hours were over. I have never heard of such a thing, and I have been to many hospitals with my parents and have never been told I had to leave. I asked if I could stay since we were from out of town and was told no again and that I could come back when visiting hours resumed at 10am. I have never been treated this way at any other hospital. I wish I could give less than one star."

"I am so impressed with this hospital. My brother was a visiting his wife and started having stoke-like symptoms. He left before she could stop him but she called family and gave the alert. She saved his life. Now that he is a patient. WE are so impressed with the care he is receiving."

"I would give no stars if possible. But Google doesn’t allow that. This ER and hospital is a effing joke. I bought my dad in numerous times for chest pains and they literally don’t care. The wait times are always between 2 and 8 hours. When a nurse literally says to you chest pains don’t matter. No thank you I will drive my dad to fisher Titus 20 minutes away. I truly hate firelands hospital"

"my son got taken in friday night with a pretty nasty cut. we were out of town so his dad couldn’t be there with us, and from the moment we arrived until we left it was the best experience i could’ve asked for given the situation, i don’t remember the bride or drs names but it was 2 male drs a student and a tenured dr and a male nurse they were so wonderful to me and my boy and i’m so grateful for the level of service we received"
