"First off: Front office staff. I have left medical practices due to incompetent or standoffish office personnel, so this is a big deal for me. At New Hope, front office staff has always been personable and helpful. I appreciate them for the quality of service they bring to the appointment experience, and the patience and professionalism of the attitudes consistently displayed in our interactions. I also find the therapeutic experience to be of high quality here. I really appreciate the use of comprehensive psychological testing used to establish a baseline level of function as well as an accurate diagnosis prior to the commencement of treatment. I am all about data and have never been comfortable with the more subjective nature of diagnosis in general. I like testing and Dr. Greene is highly qualified to both administer and interpret these tests and that is a big "win". I also very much appreciate Dr. Greene's doctoral level credentials. She is educated, thorough, perceptive, and very competent. I was helped by her to learn some much-needed coping skills that had eluded me for the first 49 years of my life in dealing with family stressors and her way of breaking through my layers of denial and defense just really worked for me. I highly recommend this office to anyone in need of quality MH services in the Buffalo Trace area of Maysville, KY."
