"The care is mediocre at best which is fine, but I needed to switch to a new obgyn due to my insurance and it took Primary Plus AN ENTIRE MONTH to send my records over to my new doctor. I had called CONTINUOUSLY throughout said month practically BEGGING them to send my stuff over. I’m 5.5 months pregnant, first time mom, have had serious complications. If there is ANYTHING wrong with this child due to lack of effective and efficient care and communication from this place there will be issues."

"I really like this place. The staff is always really nice to me. I like the doctor I have here. She is really nice and actually talks to me. My doctor I had in Ohio was really off-putting so this was a nice change."

"After driving 30 minutes to see a doctor, I was turned away because I walked in 11 minutes late for my appointment. I've been a patient here for 15+ years, this is very unacceptable and uncalled for. Let's not mention, I was just here a week in a half prior to this appointment and didn't even get called back until 4:15-4:20!! I was then forced to reschedule after going back to see the doctor until April 28th. I get a notification 2 days ago stating that my appointment was on the 21st. Not the 28th!!! I am a full time college student, work a full time job, and a full time mother!! Changing someone's appointment without proper notice is very unprofessional, but I made it work and took a chance on getting a speeding ticket to make this appointment. To say I am highly disappointed would be an understatement, but seeing their reviews online, I should've gone elsewhere years ago. DO BETTER PRIMARY PLUS!!!!!!"

"Consistently switching Dr without notification. Poor patient bedside manner. Not a professional place to see a Dr. Continue to have to follow up with staff for medication refills. Drs like to make their own rules when it comes to health care, prescriptions, follow-ups, and more. I would not recommend Primary Plus to patients that wish to have ongoing care or professional treatment."
