"There are not enough amazing things to say about Kendra, I began trauma therapy with her after a stay in in-patient after a suicide attempt. She has helped me navigate and work through childhood and adult trauma with care and grace, teaching me to see my own value and worth. Kendra uses a variety of techniques to find what works best for you, EMDR, CBT, TF-CBT, DBT and talk therapy.
