"Although I had a wonderful counselor during my time as a patient at this office, I had the worst experience with the billing office. I cannot imagine treating anyone the way I was treated during my time as a patient. Very unprofessional, unorganized and unwilling to help with any issue at hand. As my first experience with therapy this experience almost made me give up completely."

"Professional? Sure, at refusing to use their credentials. Ask them to sign anything? Literally having suicidal thoughts? They refuse to sign FMLA forms. "Not qualified to do that." "Never done it before." I've never done some stuff before too, but I learn on the job (or else I get fired). I read the form (which doesn't necessarily have to be for free, I wanted to pay), I make a good faith assessment, and then I do what I can to help. Not just a "sorry but no, I'm not signing a form that clearly states my job title is acceptable, of symptoms I've verified." Ludicrous. Not someone in your corner when stuff gets rough, so Literally pointless to have a relationship with."

"As others have stated, they do not return calls, communicate with clients, or correctly file insurance. The counselor we saw was wonderful but there is no way I'd ever step foot here again.. I have 2 insurances and they sent my bill to collections because they refuse to communicate with me and get this sorted out. I'd run as fast as you can away, unless you want to be fighting bills you have insurance to cover."

"Only choose this practice if you want lots of hassle and higher medical bills. My daughter saw a counselor from August until March (wonderful counselor), in March we received a bill stating that insurance had not covered any of the visits. No one from the office ever contacted me regarding this, not the billing manager, not the counselor, and not the practice owner. When I learned that the insurance had not paid the claims I stepped in and submitted them myself, however 3 of the dates were out of the filing time limit and they would not cover the visits. The practice manager sent me rude emails stating that they would send me to collections and that I signed a paper stating I was responsible if the insurance did not pay, which is true, however the form I signed also stated that they, “ Will be more than happy to bill your insurance company for professional services and materials. The utmost care will be given to your claim to ensure that maximum usage of your benefits is utilized.” The utmost care was not taken, no contact was ever made to me until the time limit had passed. The billing manager and I went back and forth causing a large amount of stress and financial hardship during the pandemic. To date I am still fighting the insurance to pay these claims, I had to pay the office the full amount (minus $85) they wrote off, otherwise they again threatened to send me to collections. If these claims would have been submitted correctly we would have paid $90, instead we paid $290. They blamed the problem on the insurance company, but the insurance company paid the claims when I submitted them and they paid the August claim that was submitted correctly. To date the office refuses to provide me with proof that they submitted the claims on time. This is all the insurance requires to overturn the denial and pay the claims. Note when the practice charges your card without your permission, you tell them you want to revoke that permission and they tell you aren't allowed to, there is a Federal Law regarding this."

"I have been going to this facility for a couple years in liked it so much that I referred my wife. Or counselor then attempted to charge her $150 for her anicia will appointment. When I challenged that her Cal slur would not listen so I asked for her supervisors number in she refused to give it to me. I became upset and contacted another counselor at the facility and she relate a message to the owner in me and my wife were both remove from the receiving services without being contacted. My insurance covered all but $33 of said appointment. The owner refuses to return calls. Very unprofessional."
