"Dr. Allen what is happening to this location? No one ever seems to want to answer the phones here. Also, I called to speak with the manager and they had no time for me. This is a shame as you have some nice doctors and it s a very convenient location however the customer service end leaves a lot to desire. The last time I was at this location for a doctor visit I was informed by the medical staff a meeting was taking place due to this. I see a month later there is still no improvement. This is unacceptable service to your patents and I can clearly see why people are choosing to find other providers."

"Hard to talk to anyone on the phone. Also very weird billing, i was charged 95$ to wait for 20 minutes to see a student doctor, and then another 15 for my doctor. My daughter's bill was 73$ and she was there 10 minutes. All she had was a small rash/dry skin spot. Both of us were charged "level III". Overall not happy with it, looking for a new doctor."
"Dr Nita Thomas is AWFUL. I came in to see why I was having lower back/tailbone pain. She gave me an x ray and muscle relaxers and blew me off. I ended up going to the ER and getting a CT scan. I have a degenerative disease in my sacroiliac joint(s). She STILL offered no treatment or referral. Blown off again. I have been a patient of that office for years and the quality of care just keeps getting worse. I’m in the process of finding a new GP."
"I loved my experience here and definitely plan to stick around for my primary care. Dr. Bostwick is great! Responses in MyChart are prompt, the care is fantastic, and the lab in the building is quick and well done. All my concerns were acknowledged and my doctor was quick to offer relevant tests. The doctor really gave me her time and listened well. Again, I definitely plan to be back!"
