"I get called to call back these people for lab results, only to be unable to reach anybody. Tried for an hour, and got hung up on twice. Do not tell me to call back only to not pick up the phone yourselves. Very unprofessional. Called up a separate Little Clinic location afterwards and got what I needed in only 2 minutes time. Will not go back to the Vandalia LC until things change for the better."

"Horrible customer service. They don't EVER answer the phone, I've even called the store and they just give me the runaround as well. I went in for some testing and was told I would receive the results within 72 hours. It's been two weeks and I haven't received anything and they still haven't even answered the phone. My cc company can't even get a hold of them after I filed a dispute on the charges. Don't waste your time going here for ANYTHING. Only plus was the nurse that I saw was friendly and seemed like she knew what she was doing."

"ive gone to this location 2 times, both were cause my regular doctor is not open during the hours i am off work. My 1st experience here I was told I had a sinus infection after they asked me a few questions, no tests or anything. After i finished my antibiotics they gave me i was still sick and i went to my regular doctor and ended up having pertussis. The 2nd one was more recent (12/4) i have white spots in the back of my throat so i asked for a strep test, the rapid was negative and one was sent off to culture. The lady told me that if it wasn't strep then it was tonsil stones. I was supposed to get my results in 24-48 hours and i still have not gotten them even after calling. My symptoms are much worse now and I am having no luck getting rid of these "tonsil stones"."

"Saw Nurse practitioner (C Boston) for ear ache. She was very professional and thorough despite not having front desk support. Was in and out quickly and vey happy with the experience. Pharmacy was in close proximity, and my prescription was filled within 30 minutes. Very satisfied with my interactions."

"Horrible experience. Went in on 6/8. I get Strep about 3-4 times a year. I know if in go in too early the strep test will be negative, so I waited until I had the white dots on the back of my throat. The nurse barely swiped the back of my throat for the test. Nurse practitioner came in, saw the white dots, felt how swollen my glands were, but the test came back negative. Said all she could do was another test that takes 1-2 days. It’s the weekend, which means Friday or Saturday she is hoping. I told her I know it’s strep, And I would like to get on antibiotics now to start getting rid of it. She refused saying giving antibiotics for no reason is worse for someone. That may be true but I have strep. I walked out, called my regular doctor. They had a cancellation. Went in, they ran the test, it was positive, and gave me antibiotics. Which you could clearly tell I had by looking at my throat. Horrible experience."
