"I took my puppy to La Rubys to get groomed and it was horrible. The person who checked me in didn't greet me and acted as if she had an attitude. The facility was dirty and they chopped him up, his hair looked like a child had cut his hair. I will never go there again. I will continue to go to Pet Smart by the mall."
"Yes, my puppy DID come back looking nice. However, his appointment was at 10 am, and I wasn't able to pick him up until 5:30 pm. That first. Second, they weren't equipped to handle my dog's breed, so he came home with scratches on his face from breaking out of the cage that they had. It wasn't big enough for him. They do good work, but I would only recommend them for small breeds."
