"If I could give zero stars I would. I am extremely upset and hurt by the horrific service they gave my dog. The service took about 3 hours. When I got their everything appeared to be fine. I paid and gave a tip. I carried my dog to the car, put on her leash, and we went outside for a quick minute just in case she had to potty. We got back in the car and she jumped on my lap then jumped off. I noticed she got blood on my leggings. I carried her back inside to let Michelle know she was bleeding. Michelle informed me that they cut her nails too low and asked if she walked on concrete. I told her yes we walked outside. She asked as if dogs aren’t suppose to walk on the ground! A customer that was sitting in the lobby told me I had more blood on my jacket. On top of that my dog smelled like strong perfume. When we got home I had to give her a bath because the smell was so strong and it was bothering my dog. I’m pretty sure they didn’t give her a bath. She will NEVER go back again."
