Every employee truly cares for your well-being and that fosters a sense or trust with staff (this is easily the biggest hurdle I've had at the other clinics I've been a patient at was a judgemental / punitive attitude. They're harm reduction approach assures they won't cut you off your meds without warning like other places have done to me for simply telling the truth. Bright-view's lack of foresight and continuously dropping the ball on my husbands MAT treatment has caused out lives to be disrupted more than once. Disrupted is an understatement!!! The communication and care for the client here is absolutely atrocious!!!"
