"If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a joke. Very poor communication. Staff lies. Therapists use medical tools (for checking blood pressure etc) on children WITHOUT parental consent as if they are medical providers (which they are NOT) then falsify documentation. Staff is very uneducated and clueless when it comes to several topics. Seek help outside Jay County if you are needing some of the services this place provides.... or at least anywhere other than YSB in Portland."
