"Ive had a good experience for the most part, ive been coming for 5 years or so. Theres two nurses there that i love and talk to you like a person. Their perscriber there in house is great too. Ive never had a reason to dislike anything and she treats me like im a person and is very kind! ... However theres a older lady perscriber who fills in for the reg. Doc thru tellehealth i would STAY AWAY FROM at all costs! Nothing but a rude, Accusatory,non bedside mannered or a old woman i have ever met! I always request to be seen by a nurse if the in house is gone. Other than that,everyones been great!"

"Counselors are not stable. I had 2 therapist leave me in the last 4 years so that left me feeling unsteady and having to start over again for a 3rd time. Their turnover is crazy and counselors are constantly changing I don't recommend this place especially if you need stability and you care about your mental health, Please don't waste your time here."

"They really get no stars in my book this place is just an insurance scheme can’t do more then one appointment in a day “because of insurance reasons” truth is my insurance will pay for multiple appointments on one day they just refuse because it less money in their pocket..... they make you jump threw hoops and treat you like an addict even if your there on your own terms for only mental health..... they hold your meds and laugh in your face on 2 separate occasions I was laughed at I’m crazy af and you don’t laugh at a crazy unmedicated person that same person your refusing to give their meds to because they don’t jump through your hoops the whole place is a fing joke they don’t care about their patients only the money their bringing in so on a scale of 1-10 their a -15 unless your addict and need help I don’t suggest going there for mental health"

"They jepordise your sobriety on purpose not sure if it's to make more money or they really just dont care. They go for over a year filling out prior authorizations then just decide not to do it for you even though they have the documentation to prove a medication is a medical necessity."
