"I went into the urgent care clinic the day after Christmas. I expected the staff to be as annoyed about me being there as I was going there but without hesitation, I was met with a genuine,”how can we help you today?” I explained I had Covid like symptoms and was promptly explained the procedure, cost and next steps. I was taken into the room, given the test by the young man at originally greeted me. He was friendly and thorough. Sally, the NP, later came and gave me the results. She explained what the medicines that she was going to give me and how they could me feel better sooner. I was in and out in about 20 minutes tops, from arriving to getting my paperwork. They are efficient, and take care of you in an urgent manner. They were both wonderful. We’ll definitely be back."

"Came to this urgent care 12/12/23 after being dismissed 12 hrs prior at another Urgent care in Findlay. My ears we're both plugged up and throbbing and I knew it wasn't something viral. I was seen right away here, I'd say in and out in less than 20 minutes! Turns out I had an ear infection and sinus infection! The receptionist was very nice and the nurse practioner was amazing and actually listened when I told her my symptoms had been going on for over 3 weeks. She was surprised they'd sent me on my way with no antibiotics with how red and inflamed my ear was. I believe her name was Kristen (sorry can't find my paper work) I was able to get my prescription filled and started it that night! Thank you Greater Midwest Urgent Care, I will most definitely be coming to you all from now on for our Urgent care needs."

"On Sept 12 2023 I took my daughter there for a UTI and they were quick at seeing her didn't even take 30 mins. The nurse Practitioner was awesome. The only thing I didn't think was appropriate was the one girl saying out loud is " I don't see why they don't go to Physician's Plus for these types of things". You are there for one reason. If you don't like your job you then you shouldn't be working there."
